I like beach walks,
reading good books and yoga.
Why?
When I became a mum, finding a sense of calm started to become more important. Too often everything around me seemed to be a blur.
My first few years as a mum became overwhelming. Finding my footing seemed unthinkable.
Yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices began to give me increasing support in my everyday life; and are now even more engrained in my being.
As I grew my own practice, I began to become aware of others who where also yearning for a way to find their own moments of peace.
Sharing my experiences brings me fulfilment, and I feel blessed to share my practice with others. I love teaching yoga - creating a space where participants can leave their lives at the door; and connect with their body, mind and breath.
